INTERNAL RULES

Internal Rules and Regulations (IRR)

  1. Reservations for regular classes must be made by email to the following address (info@lerepere.be) or through the contact page on the website. These reservations must be confirmed by email, and this regulation must be signed and returned by email.

  2. We take care of making the reservations on the platform for regular classes (as opposed to temporary classes, which can be booked directly on the online platform).

  3. Time slots are 1 hour 15 minutes  in the evening and 1 hour during the day. It is also possible to reserve half days on weekends, evenings, or full weekends.

  4. The time slot is reserved for the tenant for the entire period during which they need the space. All sessions will be invoiced in advance, even if the tenant does not use the room. The room is reserved for the tenant.

  5. Invoices are to be paid in advance for the month before the scheduled classes.

  6. If payment is not received by the last day of the month before the use of the room, we will be forced to terminate our collaboration.

  7. We reserve the right to terminate our collaboration if any of the rules in this regulation are repeatedly violated.

  8. Cancellation policy for regular classes: Depending on the agreed duration of your contract for your classes and the date we receive your cancellation request, you will be charged according to the following scale: Valid from January 2022 to June 2022

  • Cancellation request received by email 6 to 2 months in advance: 0% will be charged.

  • Cancellation request received by email 2 months or less in advance: 100% will be charged. Therefore, if you request a cancellation on January 31, we will need to charge you for February and March, regardless of whether you use the room or not.

9. Cancellation policy for non-regular (temporary) classes on weekends or weekdays:

  • Cancellation request received by email 6 to 2 months in advance: 50% will be charged.

  • Cancellation request received by email 2 months or less in advance: 100% will be charged.

  • A class session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. The last 15 minutes are for cleaning the room and returning it to its original state as it was when you arrived.

10. Cleaning Includes ​

  • Vacuuming the room.

  • Washing and storing any dishes used in the designated place.

  • Emptying the bathroom trash into the large bin in the hallway.
    Tidying up consists of:

  • Returning the room exactly as you found it (mats and tables should be placed where indicated on the floor). Please note, to maintain cleanliness, shoes and jackets cannot be brought into the room. A designated space is available in the hallway for this purpose.

For yoga classes:

  • For hygiene reasons, each student must wash their yoga mat after the class and return the bolsters, straps, and blocks to the designated place. The teacher (tenant) is responsible for ensuring this is done. If this rule is not followed, a penalty of €20 will be charged.

For classes in the Expire room:

  • The person responsible for the last class is asked to return the tables for coworking.

  1. Heating and air conditioning are in operation. We ask that you turn them off at the end of the session. The next person will take care of turning them on. A charge of €60 will be applied if we find that the room was left heated or cooled all night (air conditioning). The air conditioning remote should never be moved from its location next to the unit.

  2. We require you to have your own mandatory insurance for your activities. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur to your students. You are responsible.

  3. The room opens with a key located in a code box. Code changes will be communicated via WhatsApp group or email. Keys must be placed back in the box after each class. If another class follows yours, you are required to sign the sheet near the door showing you have given the key to the next person. Failure to return the key to the box or follow this procedure will result in a penalty of €100.

  4. Any theft or damage during the class will be the responsibility of the tenant, meaning you. For your safety, cameras are located in the hallway. The equipment is listed in the appendix.

  5. For work-life balance reasons, we will not respond to emails or phone calls during the day, i.e., from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, depending on our availability.

11. Equipment List for the Inspire Room

  • 20 black mats

  • 14 bolsters

  • 40 blocks

  • 12 straps

  • 12 cups

  • 12 glasses

  • 1 vacuum cleaner

  • Toilet paper, trash bags, trash cans

  • Decorations (bamboo, plants, candles)

12. Air Conditioning Usage Manual The air conditioning is pre-set to the desired temperature. Simply press the "on" button.

13. Heating To turn on the heating, simply turn the valves between 1 and 5, depending on the desired warmth.
